Remove the plastic thing from around the head unit.
Remove the ashtray, behind it will be two screws, remove them.
Use your flathead screwdriver to pry out the casing next to the aircon/heating unit.
Slide the casing out, unplug the first loom, then unscrew the screws holding in the head unit and take the head unit out.
