Congrats to Simon at XFT, first run tonight at the Kwinana Motorplex in the XFT "SCJ" FG race ute netting a blistering 9.44 @ 148.5mph.
1.55 in the 60' and there is room for improvement with no transbrake on the launch and a gentle 2500rpm leaving the line..... Simon was so surprised (excited?
) at the lack of tyreshake and good hookup that he accidentally shortshifted first at around 6K.
He has been allowed another attempt so we'll see how he goes from here.
