Its not something you can really practise without being in the truck. Some instructors will teach you to use the clutch on all shifts by using the double shuffle method, where you don't actually push the clutch all the way in, just enough to take the load of the box. Changing without using the clutch takes finness with the throttle and gear lever and practice. Its different when the truck is empty compared to loaded and each truck is different
