Has anyone seen this coupe for sale in Vic?

It looks like its in a pretty bad state, although I'm not even slightly experienced in this area lol. Those in the know, what do you make of it?
Also how hard would it be to get hold of the front panels, bonnet and front bar? XB ones not XA by the way.
