Noisy Handbrake

I have had this as an ongoing issue now for over 4 years
first noticed about 10000 ks and has been back in to Ford service approx 6 times
So far they have replaced the cable and rear rotors once and the hand brake shoes and clips twice
They fix it and then after about 1000 Ks it starts again
It have been told by Ford service that they are unable to adjust the shoes sufficiently to clear the rotors because of their shape
It was fixed again recently and now is worse than it has ever been
I live in the hope that somebody may find a fix but knowing my luck it will be just after i sell it
