Page 118 introduces the ignition switch and keyless starting. The following pages seem to describe keyless starting followed by ignition switch. This is ar$e-about to how I'd expect it to be written.
You seem to be on page 121 which pertains to ignition switch starting. Keyless start is given on page 119:
