So what you are saying is that your Narva Intense H7 Globes are marked as Osram 64210CBI (CBI refers to Cool Blue Intense);

That is odd, obviously Narva don't make there own "Intense" Bulbs...
I just checked some OEM bulbs that I took out of my Jetta and they were Osram 64210L.
