I hate starting jobs that everything changes overnight. For 8 or 9 months i had been to multiple meetings about a job that kicked off on tuesday. 4 different project managers, each with no idea, but different opinions. Tuesday wemt for a meeting, all parties agreed. Its 38 meeting rooms that need power and data for av stuff and some booking system, so theres a bit involved. Today got 2 rooms finished, to the agreed everything. Sure enough, things changed. Atleast, well, the height of the tvs changed, thats the av guys issue, my services didnt need to move. But i had to re do the booking systems. Work has revoked the quote, its now do and charge. We quote to do things once to the spec, not twice due to people changing their minds. Its annoying because the deadline never changes.
