All good now as mentioned by the good fellas that posted since and glad your a ok, well back despite whats going on in your head but please don't end posts like that again MT, it ain't healthy for all of us as well if you know what I mean in a kind way.

Yes you need to walk away, take a deep breath and keep walking for a mo.
Just get away from what is mucking the head up.

I'll let it out here now, I'm going through some challenging issues as well of late, if I don't walk away from the negative comments etc it just gets worse, walk and do something else, thats my only quick fix atm.
