You are right on every count Rok.The whole thing can be set off by one person returning positive.One of the problems is that people who are supposed to be in isolation don’t always follow the rules and decide to duck down to the supermarket when no one is watching.If I was making the border call there would not be any reopening for at least another 3 months considering what is happening in greater Melb.We are very fortunate in having a smart premier.I hate to think what would happen if we had Rebecca White and the O’byrne,s running the show
