I'm a Triple M listener, particularly whilst working.
Today, the Triple M network is holding it's 3rd annual 'No Talk' day; the network is ceasing it's normal on air discussion, banter, news bulletins etc to allow people the opportunity to start a conversation with their mates in a mental health discussion.
