The last picture is Magnolia Soulangeana, my favorite Magnolia that is often sighted in older established gardens. Deciduous Magnolia's flower before bursting into leaf.
The second last picture with the bright pink frilly flowers is a variety of Loropetalum, most likely China Pink or Blush. I have a combination of China Pink and the newer Plum Gorgeous in my gardens.
