This guy beat an intruder with a bat, who eventually died

Quote:
Mr Cox was beaten with a baseball bat and was incapacitated on the floor, where Holland then raped him.

His body was found at the scene under a pile of blankets a day later by police, who arrived at the property on an unrelated matter.

He was hogtied, his mouth was duct taped and his pants were pulled down to his upper thighs.

In March, a jury convicted Holland of one charge of rape, but he was found not guilty of manslaughter.

He got off on the manslaughter charge, but convicted for the rape on the intruder, the only reason he got convicted for the rape was he bragged about it to others.

This was a burglary gone wrong (for the home intruder), if you beat someone who let down your tyres I'd say the courts would take a very dim view on the situation.

But hey I've seen a guy who beat his ex wife to a pulp who had an AVO out against him score $550 and a no conviction recorded for it in my local Magistrates Court, so maybe you could do a number on the tyre deflators at a great price

What price would we all put on it to be able to send the tyre deflators on a trip to the ICU? I'd be happy with a no conviction recorded and donate $3000 to Fines Victoria.
