Well It has been 3 months since my last posting and in that time i have lost a total of 14kg, apart from the weight loss i am now 12cm smaller around my waist, so all in all a good result so far.

Just taken up a Body pump class, so once i have got the hang of that class it should certainly help increase those figures.
