Another case of COVID-19 has been detected in Melbourne, after a man in his 60s flew into the city from Sydney.
Acting Premier James Merlino said the man was tested and returned a positive result this morning.
All of Greater Sydney and Wollongong will be classified by the Victorian Government as a red zone.
