Yes, should be a straight bolt on.
As you will be stressing the valve springs a little more, I would changed them out for the crow version as well, with new locks and retainers.
I did this exact same upgrade to my bog stock 5L LTD - a nice little bump in power. With air intake and extractors this combination produce 154rwkw with would take it over 200fwkw. Good luck.
