i wonder if there was a upgraded screen by ford near the end of the FG II run, I initially had a dead screen a few years ago in the GTE which my dealer replaced as it was just running out of warranty. few days ago, sure enough, flat battery & in the end i disconnected it, charged it for 2 hrs & reconnected it,
Fully expecting the dead screen issue I started the car & sure enough, Its Alive !
no issues over the past few days so not sure if im just lucky or what
