The idea of schools closing has been examined and is unlikely to happen.
Experience from elsewhere suggests that it has no benefit and provided schools make other changes like no assemblies etc then school can remain a safe place for kids.
Will be interesting to see how people react to so many things closing for extended periods. Perhaps we'll begin to question if the simpler life without it all is actually better.

Well, many private schools in Victoria have closed or are closing down.
Teachers though will still be paid.
