Its a legitimate mate. He has been living there since he lost his last job 7 years ago and fell on hard times. So id be more inclined to do what mates do. Last time it was a leg up, this time help find meaningful employment. I dont want no random living within 10m of my house who doesnt send (now redundant) texts on a sunday that just say pub.
