Same story with Vic. Many of the cases can be traced back to fly in's, and particularly ones who think the rules don't apply or aren't comprehending the rules very well.

I totally agree. It's also part of the reason why Im so cynical about the procedures put in place. It's possible we may not no all the facts but it doesn't help with PR when you see infected people streaming off planes into Australia every day.
