You can get new LSD, put into your existing diff for about $350. Then if you want different gears, add another $750. So thats $1100, drive in drive out, with any gears you want, including LSD.
You may find a Tickford Head, would be around $1000. There is one on ebay, fully rebuilt for 1.5k. Personally, go a JMM Head for $1500.
You may find one from a wreckers for around $500-1000 though.
