Fadi is on holiday, but do your best mate, let everyone know you wanted a $15 refund on your postage (FOR A ITEM YOU RECEIVED) because you received it and it said it was posted in a RED box and not a YELLOW one, and then advised you would destroy our reputation if we did not REFUND your $15. We do not take kindly to these type of demands. Explain and let everyone judge for themselves. We take customer service very seriously, but in some instances when the issue is just so LAME it is just not worth the time.
