Anyone else still on the grind?
150 odd kg at my biggest (fattest), 85kg at my leanest (skinnyfattest) and currently 104kg at my strongest and most muscular. Loving life, been with an absolute stunner of a girl for almost 18 months now, much better job and loving life. Still got more fat than I'd like but I'm cutting at the moment and should be
abs lean in time for summer.
