after the looking around that was done have worked out that its probably because people need a everyday car that can do a 500-1000km trip each way with little to nothing to fix everytime and while its financially cheaper to throw parts at them and drive them a bit longer or until it blows up whichever comes first spose people need the dependebility in everyday cars and classics or collectables or a car you like is different to a daily even if you took it on a 1500km eacy way trip interstate would that be about right.

usually money isnt only thing to think about for a daily and obviousely some people have little choice but to put up with what they got or another cheap one until it dies then replace.

if there was a particular model you want thatd be different then youd get best one around at time and get a few jobs done at a time to keep itt going for example having a vp holden and wanting a ed fairmont years back, both are and were similar age but thats different
