Boot garnish moulding has part number ER2Z42509AK1T with price of $240 plus postage if required.
B pillar moulds:

RHR BGF255A34A $60
LHR BGF255A35A $60
Rear fastener for moulds if needed is W713997S437 x 4 $1 each.
