Click on the userid on the LHS of the screen (ie purple underlined bit)
Please note, you must click on it not right click
The usual options should pop up: see user profile, send a pM will pop up
On the bottom of these options two more will appear. Nominate a member for a technical contributor award, nominate a member for a valued member award
