Well there's so much conflicting advice that it's hard to decide what works. I think it's basically come down to what works for each person. Some people will be great on low carb/high protein; others on vegetarian diets; others still on eating 6 small meals a day rather than 3 large ones; others on huge breakky, large lunch and small dinner... all very confusing.
