The support I'm very grateful for and I'm genuinely appreciative to know people care even if don't know me. Very humbling.
I took the day off work to try and reset and I think it's best I don't engage with negativity at home at the moment.....learn to walk away as Full Noise said and ignore it.
So yeah I'll move forward and I'm certainly willing to try and help others if or where I can.
