At 3:00 his glovebox comes out with the foam pad adhered to the underside! I was sure it fell out of my car from above and was trying to work out how it fit into the dash. Now I know so I can refit it properly. (Also reminds me my door for the filter slot has been broken by someone in there before me, I should try to get a replacement for next time.)
Good God that's allot to get through just to replace the pollen filter but the same principle with the padding I think it's to reduce noise from the fan motor.
