Default Good machine shop - Sydney

Looking for a good machine shop in Sydney to work on Kent 1600 engines. Must be able to:

1 Bore and sleeve blocks back to standard size,
2 Hone bores to fit particular pistons
3 Bore main tunnels - not hone - to correctly fit bearings to crank,
4 Grind crank to fit bearings
5 Straighten crank when required, along with crack testing and balancing.
6 Size and bore big and small ends,
7 Deck block to prescribed height.

With the closure of some machine shops, I'm finding it difficult to find a good one.

Any hints?
