Default The 95kw Fiesta Engine.

Well, not exactly. Try 93.2kw. This is the figure quoted in AutoAction#1182 in an article about the new Fiesta engine fitted to the 2006 Formula Fords.

Not a bad increase in power over the standard figure!

Just heard those new Formula Fords yesterday at the Clipsal 500. God they sound sweet! Makes a big difference from the old Kent motors they've been running for donkey's years.

Yes, but Teki, I saw one of these motors getting around in the back of a HiLux in the pit paddock today at Clipsal, and I dont think I've seen a sexier 4 pot. It even looks like it has a ram-air style intake, I'll have to see if I can get some pics tomorrow.

Mista Fiesta,

Thanks for info on the engine specs. Very interesting. BTW, I was over at my local Ford Dealer and chatting with a mate there and told that if I was interested I could get a COSWORTH Engine for my Foci for about $30k. Not sure if this figure sounds accurate but if I had a "lazy $30k lying around" you know what I'd do!
