I reckon new F150 at $50K would be reasonable, have a look at what that Brazilian F250 sold at when it was introduced here in 2001, plus they still go for around $50K plus in dual cab config on the second hand market, I see a fair few getting around here out my way.

Makes you wonder why they bothered spending so much money on Ranger when they could have done F150 in RHD, Ranger is already 90% of the size isnt it? The current F series is pretty damn good too.

Look at what the Hilux sells for in the higher end models, even the new Ranger. To me $50K is a reasonable price point for what you get with F150.

that's a difference of $1.5billion in sales revenue. A big loss makes great headlines however the big number has very important qualifications.

What if Ford's grant (almost 1/3rd of Holden's) wasn't applied to the FY stated. And where did I state any inclusions or exclusions for retrenchments...the main point I made was $1.5Billion more in revenue by Holden....or maybe Holden had $1,500,000,000 of one-off's, lol.
