Default Duratec clutch suggestions

Adding to the list of things that need to be fixed/replaced it feels like the clutch is on the way out too. It just seems to melt whenever I need to get somewhere quick on a hill start.

Any suggestions on what to replace and what to replace it with.

May also look at a lighter flywheel - but I'm in 2 minds about that - the cars already easy enough to stall.
