Then they are not FOG lights they are DRIVING lights. When will it get through that they are two different things. Fog lights, will/should have if not ever been tampered with, a separate switch. Driving lights will be hard wired in with the high beam. In the case of the F250 it should be clearly set out in the drivers manual/log book. Also they will have certain numbers on the glass denoting what they are. See previous treads for the numbers, there are numerous ones.
