Default Mildura 1/8th street meets, Rules/licenses?

being starved of opportunities to race my car here, and with the AFF meet now 4 months away, I'm looking at heading to Mildura's 1/8th to get a fix.
Being an ANDRA sanctioned track, I'm unsure of the rules/regs/requirements for/regarding street cars at the street meets.
Is an ANDRA day license required? does your car have to meet andra regs/specs and be tech'd, or just basic roadworthy-type scrutineering?
I don't want to head over then be told I can't race :

If someone who has raced there can fill me in it would be appreciated
