Default Ute is sold. XR5 today...

Hullo all. Just wanted to introduce myself as a new XR5 owner. My circumstances have changed, and so my FG XR6T has been sold.

I pick up my 5 today, all being well. I got cruise and reverse parking sensors fitted, so hope thaey work ok ...

Things I will miss: climate control, excellent auto, huge grunt , motorbike (and other stuff) carrying capacity, excellent long-distance comfort, steering wheel-mounted controls.

Things I won't miss: not being able to fit the car in our garage, under-damped front end, underdone brakes, creaking dash when I went around (any) corner.

Things I'm looking forward to: great handling, ease of parking, good brakes, slick manual gearbox, good sound system and just all-round driving fun.
