lw voice control/bluetooth locking up

hi hi
does anyone have an occasional (but repeating) problem with the bluetooth/voice control system locking up?? sometimes the button on the steering wheel will do absolutely nothing (no beep, stereo just goes quiet), other times it will work but i won't be able to hear the caller through the speakers or they won't be able to hear me. it has happened about 6-12 times now.
has it happened to anyone else??
