Default Ford Festiva 1998 Debris in Drains. Help please!!

Hi community.

I recently acquired a 1998 Festiva.
It has been leaking water in to the driver side flooring. I have located the point where the water gets in; it's coming through a small hole in the door railing on the floor (picture 1)

Managed to clean some of the drains located underneath, however I can't work out how to get inside the drain above the bulkhead. See pictures

Drain I want to access.. I believe this is the location (at least a high point) where water gets in because I poured in a few jugs of water which lead to the water coming through the hole inside the cabin.

Enhance.. There is a tonne of debris not in the picture. But how to clean it out??

Has any kind fellow here had experience with clearing these out or know how I might go about it?
I want to clean these out before taking it to the shop (the dilemma being the car is probably worth less than the work)

Thank a lot legends!
