Default jumpy idle

I just recently reset everything, took off the power from the battery and then reconnected after an hour or so. It drove good for half an hour or so until the idle began to get all jumpy, and it has been ever since yesterday when i did it. how can i fix this problem?

There is a procedure to set the idle after connection of battery, cant recall it exactley but basically after you start it

Put it in reverse then drive then turn the a/c on, then put it in park, then turn the wheels full lock to lock, then turn the a/c off. Go for a drive and make sure you give a full boot fulls so it learns what WOT is, should then idle fine.
