Default Pads and discs.

Well my front pads have about 1/4 left and the discs have a large amount of wear. So I'll change them at the next oil change. How much will new discs set me back? If I were to go for the stock ones again?

You better check the inside pad as well as my one was worn out more then the outside pad.

I got my front RDA slotted rotors for $140pr and then the pads were $55 so about $200 all up for the front setup.

If yours is in AU1 (which it looks to be), I have a set of used, but still good, DBA slotted rotors - yours for $150 the pair.

I also recommend Bendix Advance pads - great compromise for all round ability, low dust levels etc.

Used to use Bendix, I honestly dont think they are much chop. Better than the $5 jobbies that were on the car, but having bendix and then ferodo's, i prefer the ferodo's.

next im thinking of trying EBC..

ebc no longer make pads for an AUII or III, they do how-ever still make them for the rears. I went to get some reds last week and the speed shop contacted ebc for the order and was told no more because the AUII and III are different to any other car and not worth the effort to support such a small run of cars.
