Default oxygen signal wire

on my series 2 au i am hooking up the gas on it got all the wiring sorted bar the signal wire for oxygen sensor there is 3 of them there which one do i top into there is only 2 wires to go to it

You should hook into the wires at the ECU. I've previously posted up which wires were which, but can't remember what the actual thread was about - I'll see if I can find it anyway and get back to you. I assume it's a 6? Actually, IIRC, it doesn't matter, as I posted up the wires for I6 and V8, so if I can find it, you should be in business.

Found it:

ECU wiring is here:

It has the ECU pinouts for both the 6 & the V8.

O2 sensor wire for the 6 is #35 for the live side, and #4 for earth.
O2 sensor wires for the V8 are #35 & #4 for sensor 1, and #61 (power) & #23 (earth) for sensor 2.

ok in the previous car in which the gas was installed it was into the engine pay at oxygen sensor, would prefer to do it that way again easier for me which wires would it be color and stripe etc

the less wires you tap in the engine bay the better better in the dry enviroment of the cabin

so just needing to know which pin number needs to be relayed to stop it from running on petrol, do i just do the fuel pump and leave the injectors, or injectors and leave fuel pump running

thankyou for your help jc i nutted it all out just then all wiring is complete now to mount the convertor and tank and let someone hook up the lines to get signed off
