Just fill up the empty bottle of Johnny Walker with a litre of V-Power Racing
there you go now you got over 100% acl, usually it is only 40% for over proof
rum but now you got 100% over proof Johnny Walker ready to be serve. :

Now you got JW at only $1.60 rather than $40 bucks.

I'd rather the Blue label. At San Francisco airport, it was US$169 for a 1L bottle! Unfortunately due to the stupid restrictions on taking liquids on airplanes, I couldn't buy one and bring it home as we had a stopover in New Zealand.
Bring back a bottle of Johnnie Blue and a bottle of Unleaded. It would have been cheaper! Stupid government duties and taxes.

I'm not really fussed about the price of petrol as we use diesel and LPG. I wonder if LPG will hit 80c/L as it has crept up over 70c/L at the moment. I have no idea about the price of diesel as that is the wife's car, but I'm sure it'll go up too.

lol your an idiot.

Do you know how a tank sits in the ground? Do you know where the fuel is pumped from? Are you aware that legally the tanks are required to be dipped for water and that anything above 12mm (or there abouts) requires, BY LAW, to stop selling fuel from that tank and to pump out the water?

And what a suprise that it comes from someone so mature:

I'm actually with you on this, in recent history when a big holiday period comes up the price here has gone down or stayed as usual as there is more pressure and trerefore more eyes on what the oil companies are doing. Then they can say "look at us, we are good people and we don't reall yrip you off. It's just a figment of your imagination". That's just before they go back to bending us over a barrel.

If that doesn't make sense don't blame me, blame Glenfiddich!

Nah. They won't see us as angered fuel patrons... they will just label us as hoons because we drive a car (see, this is why everyone in parliament gets driven to work...jk)

On a serious note though, I really hope it does start to drop soon, I just filled up at $1.33 a litre, on cheap day - what happened to Tuesdays $1.26/L?

Also, out of interest, can somebody post when fuel was last under $1/L, either from memory or from records? I'm trying to remember how much it was when I first got my p's (start of 1997) and was in my Corolla, but really have no idea.

Yeah but I get better ecconomy out of the Johhny

700ml fuel gets me down the road

700ml of Johhny gets me ...... well lets just say "I like to party"

The prices here just dropped yesterday. ULP is now down to $1.43.9. Dropped by 1cpl - YAY... but why is diesel still more exspensive? Isn't it cheaper to refine the ULP, PULP, PPULP?

Whoops, I meant, isn't it cheaper to refine Diesel compared to ULP and higher octane fuels...

I reckon the price won't go through the roof.... it'll just flatline at $1.40/litre for ULP. Just filled up at BP and I noticed that the BP Ultimate was priced 15c/litre more than ULP, normally it's only 10c/litre more. Hmm...
