Guys, does anyone know the specs needed for a car to earn the GT title? Is their an independent worldwide association that gives that title? Or does the car companys have their own specs to use to set out if it could be a GT?

If marketing think it will sell more cars it gets the GT badge.

Its just a badge or a name, nothing stopping Hyundai putting a GT badge on a Getz.

Even Garth Tander has these initials... so "GT" has no value whatsoever. They do say his middle name starts with "I" though.
