Default Does Ford Still Sell To Fleets?

Looking at the FG Falcons around my town I have seen plenty of XR6's, XR8's and G6E's but have not yet seen any XT's.
Even looking at BA-BF's I see more XR6's than XT's.

Compare that to the Commodore where most VE's I see are Omegas.

Just wondering if Ford have changed their fleet pricing because the lack of base models is improving the image of the Falcon IMHO if things continue on this way Fords resale may pick up.

Ford still have fleet discount, about 5k. A lot of company cars these days are XR6s because of better resale.

I got about 7k discount on my XR6 ute. Thats fleet and dealer discount.

I was entitled to a fleet discount if the last car I bought was a Ford. The company I work for also provides a Ford as a 'tool of trade' by default so they must still be doing fleet sales.

Yeh most Fleets now buy G6 or XR6..... XT's are dieing mainly because of poor resale and the higher models having more safety features etc which work better with WH&S.

I've also noticed more higher spec FG models running around. But if you do see an XR6 you would think its a fleet car as this is what happened with the B-series. The Xr6 sold close to 1 to 1 with the XT.

Im actually seeing more XT utes than anything.

Quite a few XR's, probaly the sane amount in XT's and a few FPV's & G6's. But mostly yeah XT Trayback utes, so the fleets are still buying.

I'm a fleet manager & Ford generally gives the best discounts going.
We don't bother with XTs we go straight to G6, XRs or G6Es etc. We've got a few Mondeo diesels & the response from everyone who has one has been really positive but Diesel isn't dropping as fast as petrol so Falcons are cheaper to run at the moment.
