Default airbag controller

i am having a problem with a 2006 ford focus
airbag warning light is always on and seat belt light
car has been checked on scanner
no comunications with the air bag controller
ecu passes everything but airbag control unit
seems like no power to unit or bad connector
have put in new airbag controller still same fault.

did you put in a new SAS unit (airbag controller) yourself or ford did it? When new SAS module's are fitted to car's they can't just be plugged in, they have to get programmed
