8. Between 98-00 Ford spare parts required written and sighted Tickford VIN confirmation before even a replacement Tickford badge could be ordered, and should have stayed that way.

Well twist my nipples and call me a Dunnydore driver, I wonder why the hell then the Spare Parts Dept were making my team of Ford Service Technicians provide this confirmation prior to order or supply of ANY AU1 Tickford components in my Service Department - maybe the Spare Parts Manger was just being an BLEEPITY BLEEP BLEEP for the fun of it.

Cheers

Guys I would like to add item 11 to that.

Au head lights are not symmetrical

Did you know that the parking globes on the AU headlamps are both on the left hand side of the main head light globe. I've noticed this for the first time today after owning my AU for 7 years!

Well bugger me, I swear a guy came on here not long ago saying he had a similar car and I thought it was rubbish. Dealer Packs are not really "genuine" in my book, but an interesting story nevertheless. I could believe all the mods other than the cam.

This is the most interesting thread in ages.
