Rowan Atkinson for sure. He has a great appreciation for fast cars, and previously owned a McLaren F1, and is bloody funny.

As far as UK names go, I always wondered why they haven't had Ricky Gervais on. Another one I'd like to see is Craig Charles (Lister from Red Dwarf).
