Default Windscreen Stickers

In the 70's & early 80's it was easy to get front windscreen stickers that would go right across the top of the screen with FORD or whatever make or model car you had, very much the same as what the Ford V8 Supercars have now.

Does anyone know where you can buy these?

I know in Canberra if the wiper goes over any part of the sticker it's illegal but I don't intend to drive in the rain.

Regards

Joe

it has nothing to do with the wiper actually touching the sticker
you cannot put any stickers in your line of sight - which is considered the entire wiper area

If you're looking for Ford or Falcon ones, you can get them from The Blue Oval Store online https://blueovalstore.com.au/index.p...ort=20a&page=4

In the 80s we used to make our own. A strip of colored contact and whatever stickers you want on top of that. :-)

Don't think anyone was asking for opinions here .... just asked a simple question and whether anyone likes or dislikes isn't really the discussion. That goes for everyones Mod!!

I believe the law states that it can come down no more than 100mm from the top of the windscreen.

This is definitely one of the things that was so good about cars of yesteryear.
I'm usually not an 'it was better in the old days' kinda guy but this was definitely cool.
