well after a test drive of rob's EB, i'm a bit hooked. it pulled so well down low and felt
like it had legs for ever.
the first gear was shorter than i anticipated, due probably to the 3.9's, but its something i can live with.
the car presents extremely well for a car that is 20 odd years old and drives very well.
things like the brakes, clutch and steering all feel very strong and are likely to provide quite a few klms before needing looking at.
its a baseline(albeit a high one) for me to compare other E series 5ltrs to.
rob and i will be in discussion about it. but i wish to sample the other delights of the automotive world this weekend before jumping in.

Good luck with the car hunting. I think looking for a car is the best part of buying a car; the feeling of anticipation always gets me.
