Do I need to reset my ECU for a newly installed exhaust system from the Y pipe back? It is for a BF XR8. If yes what is the best way? Appreciate some advice |

mate you should reset your ecu, as the ford ecu's are self learning and resetting them would go back to basics. simply disconnect the battery for approx 30-45 minutes, re-connect the battery and then let it idle for 15 minutes, then take it for a good drive. i re-set the ecu in my xr6t yesterday.
